Can I use the same logo as my old school to be the company logo on my lawn?
For the most part, is it legal to do so. Or would it be considered an infringement of copyright. The logo is a wildcat and I want to use the logo on my wheel and work shirts. I also the name of the mascot school is permitted and that the logo is the same school
If this is the same exact image is copyright infringement. You would need to obtain permission school to do it legally.
